This partnership aims to enhance Acorel's capabilities in Customer Experience solutions.

With the increasing popularity of SAP's composable CX strategy and the shift in customer preferences towards integrated solutions within the SAP CX ecosystem, Acorel is now aligning its direction towards composable CX.

     

    The two key platforms that Acorel is enthusiastically embracing are Contentful and Sinch.
