This add-on simplifies the creation, modification, and bundling of customer documents such as visit reports, quotes, letters, and surveys.     Acorel Document Service is designed for sales departments in need of structure and efficiency when creating customer documents. Whether it's factsheets, visit reports, or standard letters: with one central solution, you manage all documents in a recognizable layout, directly from SAP Cloud for Customer.

    What is Acorel Document Service?

    Acorel Document Service is an add-on for SAP Cloud for Customer that allows you to easily develop and customize your own templates. Based on data from SAP or other linked systems, you generate documents in formats such as Word, PDF, or HTML. These templates are flexible and include customer-specific information, such as notes or photos. This ensures you always have up-to-date, consistent documents that you can easily modify.

    The solution is built for simplicity. You quickly generate templates for documents you use daily, such as quotes, questionnaires, or schedules.     License and support

    The add-on runs on the existing SAP Cloud for Customer platform. The solution is continuously updated to align with changing needs or requirements. Support is provided through our helpdesk, including assistance with incidents, questions, or changes.

    Implementation and training

    Acorel handles the on-site implementation. Following the implementation, there is a four-hour administrator training conducted by our specialists. This allows you to start managing your own templates right away.
