    On Wednesday, September 20, 2023, the exclusive CX event "Customer Data Experience" took place at Gassan Diamonds in Amsterdam. This special day focused on the power of customer data and inspiring customer experiences, featuring contributions from Gassan Diamonds, Air Miles, SAP, and Acorel. The day concluded with the enchanting "Diamond Experience Tour."

    Gassan Diamonds provided insight into how they have translated their customer-centric approach from offline to online. Their story of exceeding customer expectations and maintaining loyal customers illustrated how craftsmanship and customer data can go hand in hand.
