At Swinkels Family Brewers, we celebrate two go-lives within the Consumer Interaction project: the cashback campaign and Bavaria's 300th birthday.
Cashback Campaign
The first go-live was on Friday, February 22. That's when the cashback campaign site went live. Participants can scan their receipt, leave personal information, and then get the purchase amount refunded to their bank account.
Join the Toast
The second go-live was on carnival Tuesday. The 300 years Bavaria campaign went live for Thailand and South Africa on that day. In the coming weeks, this campaign will be rolled out to about ten other countries as planned.

Bavaria celebrates its 300th birthday not alone!
Bavaria is celebrating this with its customers from various countries. The 300 years campaign offers participants the opportunity to enter a winning code or to raise a toast to Bavaria's 300th anniversary by uploading a photo/video with accompanying text. Ultimately, multiple winners will be selected per participating country, who will receive an invitation for a weekend party in and around the Bavaria brewery.
In the Consumer Interaction project, the following components from the CX domain are integrated: SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud, and SAP Marketing Cloud. A success that the Consumer Interaction project team and we from Acorel as an SAP CX partner are proud of!
