Another Valued Webinar: Inspired in 90 minutes
On Thursday, March 25, Acorel organized the fourth edition of the 'INSPIRED IN 90 MINUTES' webinar. Following successful inspiration webinars in 2020, this was the first edition in 2021. The focus for 90 minutes was on SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP's solution for supporting sales and service processes. About 50 companies participated.
Latest Release SAP Cloud for Customer
During the webinar, Acorel consultants guided the participants through various topics. After an introduction by Joost Goudriaan, an account manager at Acorel, his colleague Joëlle Small took the stage first. Joëlle, working as a Customer Experience consultant at Acorel, delved into the latest releases of SAP Cloud for Customer. In 20 minutes, she covered the latest developments regarding look & feel (Fiori UI), call list functionality, and mobility.
Performance and Knowledge Bases
Following this, Guus Dorenbos continued the discussion. Guus was involved as a consultant in the very first SAP Cloud for Customer implementation in the Netherlands. He provided participants with insights on performance and knowledge bases. Performance is the key aspect in all cloud discussions. Employees expect their application to always work (quickly) and from anywhere. Guus highlighted the related knowledge base - the knowledge base - and how it can be best utilized within the service processes of SAP Cloud for Customer.
Roadmap & Key Innovation
Lastly, Marius van Ravenstein, a consultant and solution advisor at Acorel, discussed the SAP Cloud for Customer Roadmap. This roadmap indicates the areas where the tool will be innovating in the upcoming period. This is a topic that interests many companies. For example, SAP Cloud for Customer users can expect an integration with MS Teams in the May 2021 release. In this release, SAP also introduces the ability to dynamically schedule or have visits and activities scheduled based on certain characteristics. Marius also addressed the Service Agent Desktop as a Key Innovation topic; a specially developed environment for service agents. With the smarter screen layout in the Service Agent Desktop, service agents are able to handle customer queries more efficiently.

Joost Goudriaan is the driving force behind the 90 minutes inspiration webinars at Acorel. Joost always puts the customer first; both Acorel's customers and Acorel's customers' customers. With colleagues, he compiles an agenda for each 'Inspired in 90 minutes' webinar that informs, stimulates, inspires, and challenges users to make the most of their solutions. The 4th expert 'Inspired in 90 Minutes' webinar also became an interactive session where participants asked good questions, Joost reported.
