Acorel broadens CX proposition with acquisition of Proxcellence Netherlands
Customer Experience specialist Acorel has acquired Proxcellence Netherlands on April 29, 2021. With the acquisition of the SAP Business Technology Platform expert, Acorel expands its Customer Experience activities. Proxcellence brings Acorel knowledge and expertise in integrating and unlocking data and information for business intelligence in CX processes.
Proxcellence Netherlands was founded in 2015 and specializes in integration and creating healthy data streams that add value to the business. The company achieves this by using the latest innovative and intelligent technologies of the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). Proxcellence is known for the 'UV Radar' app of KWF Kankerbestrijding and the app ‘Dat ben ik’ of Alzheimer Nederland. Both apps were developed in collaboration with SAP Nederland. Proxcellence Netherlands will continue under the name Acorel Technology. The Belgian and Luxembourg parts of Proxcellence are excluded from the acquisition and will remain independent under their own name.
