    SAP heeft in 2022 al aangegeven bezig te zijn met de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe versie van hun Cloud CRM oplossing. De naam? SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2

    SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2 is volledig van scratch ontwikkeld en dat heeft een aantal voordelen ten opzichte van de huidige SAP Cloud for Customer applicatie. Zo is de zogeheten V2 mega snel (maar echt!), zijn kleine configuraties zelfs door business users door te voeren en is er een zero downtime principe waardoor er continue features en functions door SAP kunnen worden toegevoegd zonder dat je daar als organisatie ‘last’ van hebt.
