Due to the increasing demand for information in the chain, the amount of product data grew exponentially. The consistency of this data proved to be an absolute 'must'. Maintaining data quality was a serious challenge for many organizations. The central question was: how do you ensure a consistent and accurate data flow throughout the chain?
In the webinar, we discussed this topic with Intergamma and TABS Holland. Well-known retailer Intergamma, of Gamma and Karwei, highlighted the importance of product data and illustrated with interesting examples how essential accurate data is. TABS Holland (known for PontMeyer and Jongeneel, among others) shed light on the possibilities and challenges surrounding product data from their wholesaler perspective. Acorel acted as the organizer of the webinar and shared its vision and observations within the chain as a specialist in Customer Experience.
