Royal Agrifirm Group is one of the largest producers of animal feed in Europe. With the help of Acorel, they have implemented SAP Sales Cloud. This allows Agrifirm to have all important information of members, customers, and partners in one central place in the cloud. Livestock farmers often buy their animal feed from multiple suppliers and constantly assess which supplier provides feed that yields the best results. In a short amount of time, we created a platform with Acorel where all involved parties work integrally and easily share information.' The results speak for themselves. Van de Water states, 'We see plenty of opportunities for further expansion in the future.' Lucas adds, 'Acorel has enabled us to acquire much more expertise in-house. Additionally, they have helped us reduce the number of tickets by about 75 to 80 percent.'
