    All information in one place

    Royal Agrifirm Group is one of the largest producers of animal feed in Europe. With the help of Acorel, they have implemented SAP Sales Cloud. This allows Agrifirm to have all important information of members, customers, and partners in one central place in the cloud. Livestock farmers often buy their animal feed from multiple suppliers and constantly assess which supplier provides feed that yields the best results. Ron van de Water, Project Manager at Agrifirm says, 'Only when we know everything about livestock farmers, can we continuously position the best products and services and develop into a Trusted Advisor.' In addition, SAP Sales Cloud seamlessly integrates with Agrifirm's existing SAP landscape.

     

    Comprehensive remote services

    Agrifirm consulted SAP to identify the partner in the Netherlands with the most concrete experience with SAP Sales Cloud. Van de Water says, 'It turned out to be Acorel. In a short amount of time, we created a platform with Acorel where all involved parties work integrally and easily share information.' But Acorel is more than just an implementation partner for Agrifirm. To maximize the system's potential, Agrifirm now uses Acorel's Managed Services: comprehensive remote services ranging from service, support, maintenance, and management to system, portal, and mobile application optimization.

     

    Smooth updates, speed, and flexibility

    Hank Lucas, Information Manager E-business CRM at Agrifirm says, 'When there are new updates, Acorel precisely determines the impact on us. This ensures that updates proceed smoothly.' Starting new projects is also rapid due to Acorel's close involvement with both business and technology. Lucas also appreciates Acorel's flexibility, saying, 'Sometimes we need more people and hours, sometimes less. I'm not tied to a fixed monthly subscription amount.'

     

    More expertise in-house

    The results speak for themselves. Van de Water states, 'We see plenty of opportunities for further expansion in the future.' Lucas adds, 'Acorel has enabled us to acquire much more expertise in-house. Additionally, they have helped us reduce the number of tickets by about 75 to 80 percent.'
